Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
My housekeeper Lucy, waiter Peter, The gym trainers and the massage youngman were excellent. They made my stay wonderful. The building and room can be updated.The bathroom flooded eveytime l showered. I needed extra towel to wipe the floor everytime. The menu in the resturant should have more selection. Entertaintment is solely needed. The issue of paying with a card continually was promblematic.
