Hotel Pantai di Nairobi

"Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day. "

"Ibid Styles Nairobi remains a great value though the some changes are for the better - additional seating areas for the ground floor restaurant - and some are worse - enclosing all outdoor spaces that were previously open, such as the rooftop areas (why?) and even ones on the ground floor. The good: The beds are still comfortable enough though harder since I suspect they no longer use the Heavenly Mattress. The sheets are crisp and clean, the staff very attentive, the general decor of the rooms...
