This hotel was a true to form classic. They were very attentive and classy. I loved that some of the staff wore the tradition clothes and it added a highlight above all the other highlights. The staff are clearly proud to work there and I was proud to stay there.

Gorgeous hotel and the courtesy and friendliness of the staff is above the call of duty. For this alone, i highly recommend the hotel. The brand new JW Marriott Nairobi is one of the best properties I have ever visited. The staff is well trained in customer care. The facilities are impeccable. As it continues to open the rest of the property, this will be the premier property in Kenya. It’s also the tallest hotel in Africa.
