Booked a deluxe room and got put into a standard room, corrected the following morning and refund issues. Room did not have a proper functioning key lock. Technical simply showed a push and pull solution that did not always work. Rooms are getting very dated, many holes, cracked cement and no bar soap for the sink in either room. WI-FI was intermittent at best and nonexistent most of the day. Location is ok and the price is inexpensive BUT not very comfortable. Bed was so so and in need of an upgrade. Why more hotels are not converting to foam mattresses is beyond me.

This is the budget hotel one of chain from Twin lotus hotel, - Staff was not that helpful - Room air con remote wasn't function well - Breakfast not verities . I'd rather choose the main hotel (Twin lotus) next time pay a little more and feel better.

จองผ่าน hotel.com ล่วงหน้า 3 วันก่อนเข้าพัก ไปถึงมืด. แล้วรอเช็คอินเกือบชั่วโมง พนักงานบอกไม่เห็นข้อมูล. เซ็ง มีการบอกอนุญาตให้เข้าพักไปก่อน รู้สึกไม่ดี จากนั้นถือกุญแจไปหาห้องเอง ไปถึงห้องๆไม่ได้ปิดประตู ลงมาบอกให้ทราบพนักงานคนเดิมบอก สงสัยแม่บ้านลืมปิด แค่นั้นๆๆๆๆๆจริงๆ ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มาก คงเข็ด

Good small Hotel

Small room but comfy bed and clean. Good staff and helpful. Breakfast is good but you need to walk across the road to the Twin Lotus Hotel who also run the Original Orange. Breakfast is buffet style, but no pork or bacon, Wifi is ok but slows when hotel is full Note Nakhon Si Thammarat is helicopter base for oilfield workers so the hotel is always full. No coffee, tea with electric hot water pot in the room. It should have. It is available on the ground floor but should be in all the rooms. TESCO shopping mall located just a short walk away.
