The room was very tidy with well working electronics. The staff was kind, patient and very helpful. I ordered room service and it was hot when it got there. It was fresh and well made, perfect to start the day! I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a calm, quiet, and peaceful place to rest or spend the night ❣️

I extended my stay at this hotel. It's right in the middle of downtown, across from Nakuru Station and near the matatus stands. My room was by the window, so I could hear the sounds of the city outside while looking out at the hills and mountains in the background — it all felt like part of the experience. The hotel was clean, well maintained, peaceful. The staff were consistently kind, thoughtful, and graceful. Breakfast was included with every night’s stay and offered excellent value. It was a full breakfast with eggs, sweet potatoes, vegetables, fruits, tea, fruit drink and bread. I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend it. I extended my stay because of the beautiful energy of the place and staff, both in the hotel and restaurant. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serve tasteful food. If I ever go back to Nakuru I would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!

Fantastic customer service, great Hotel

A wonderful stay,a pity it was only for one night. The staff are superb. Christine, Daniel and the chef whose name I have forgotten deserve special mention. I didn't know that the restaurant closed at 8. I arrived just after 8 and the chef insisted on making me. Dinner. Room was small, cosy and comfortable. Perfect for one person Food is really good. I can recommend this hotel 100%

The property is in a very busy area. Parking is a problem. But other than that, the accomodation is a steal for the price. The units are clean and well managed. Eleveator access is a bit tricky as you always have to call reception to send the elevator up for you. Breakfast is simple and straightforward with not many options available. But the service is good. Staff is friendly and very accomodating. The location is in the heart of a busy market area so if you like exploring on foot then there is alot to do around. For the price, I would definately recommend the place.
