"When i checked in I was not happy about the size of the bed because it was not the standard queen size bed. However the manager on duty Nicholas was very helpful in getting me another room. In the morning i had to leave @9am leaving my partner sleeping. When she was leaving at around 11am the lady Joan at the reception told her that I had not paid for the room.
