The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. "Nice place, very nice and big playful gardens with streaming water ponds to swim in, beautiful sight at bar, but very limited alcoholic drinks, tiny shower crammed in a cubicle together with a toilet and a tiny sink. Overall beautiful place, but amenities and rooms need better maintenance as some things are loose and fall off, which seems like a norm for vietnam."

"This property is simply AMAZING! My arrival was delayed and would have caused me to miss the last sky lift. My taxi driver called the hotel to inform them that I was en route. Thankfully, we made it just before the last lift! It was breathtaking to see the resort lit up at night! I was also able to enjoy the dinner buffet before it closed. The food was delicious. As a hotel guest, I was able to enjoy early access to the Golden Bridge and Sun Hills before it was open to the public. The property is absolutely a sight to see and enjoy!"
