The staff are all very helpful and attentive, from the day that we first arrived until we left we were treated like we were at home instead of just been another guest. All of the staff were so nice, Yui, Gem, Boat and another girl who worked at night whose name escapes me and the very quiet girl who looked after the rooms. "The staff is kind and the rooms are clean but there was no hair dryer, most rooms did not have a safe and the photos (especially of the reception and outdoor spaces) do not reflect what the actual place looks like. The rooms are accurately reflected in the photos. It is good for the money but the photos need to be updated or the place needs to reflect what is actually there. "
