"We stayed at Zafar Plaza Hotel for the second time and it was just as good as we remembered. After my first visit I told my wife that if we ever came back to Namangan we'd stay here again. This time she came with me and she was just as impressed. Check in was quick and the staff were genuinely friendly. Everyone we spoke to was polite helpful and always smiling. It never felt forced they just made us feel welcome. The room was spotless when we arrived. Everything looked new the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. You can tell the housekeeping team takes pride in what they do. Breakfast was another highlight for us. Plenty of choice fresh food every morning and everything was nicely prepared. We both looked forward to it. We knew they were finishing work on a new lift but to be honest it didn't affect our stay at all. The work area was properly covered off and kept away from guests. It was quiet clean and very well organised. What we liked most was how relaxed the whole stay felt. It's a modern hotel with comfortable rooms great service and people who genuinely care about their guests. We'd happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Namangan."
