"신축 숙소가 아닌데도 불구하고 먼지 한 톨 없는 청결함에 놀랐어요. 아이들 데리고 여행하면 숙소 청소 상태가 가장 걱정되는데 빈스하우스는 우리집보다 더 깨끗해서 정말 안심하고 지냈어요. 불편한 점은 없는지 세심하게 살펴봐주신 친절한 사장님 부부 덕분에 즐거운 남해 여행이 되었습니다. 숙소 뒤편에 있는 용문사도 산책하기 너무 좋았고요. 미국마을의 고즈넉함도 마음에 들었습니다. 다음에 다시 남해에 간다면 재방문하고 싶어요."

"The room is very clean and spacious. We booked it for family size of 4 and my kids have a good size bed each. The bed is comfortable with heater. Extremely comfortable in winter. The morning view is very beautiful. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the evening and he came out in the cold to make sure we can find the parking lot and showed us our room. Rambo (the dog) is so sweet."

"친절하시지만. 위생이 별로에요 방이건 화장실이건 주방이건 환풍기 시설도 없고 더욱이 화장실에 환풍기가 없어서 샤워 한번 하고 나면 습기로 가득차요 화장실 문을 열어 놓으면 방에도 습기가 가득차고 창문이 없어서(있긴 하지만 통창으로 고정) 환기 시키려면 문을 열어야 하고 문을 열먼 벌레가 들어오고 모든 문에 시건장치가 멀쩡한게 없었어요 목조 주택이라 온갖 벌레도 많고(끔찍) 움직일때 마다 삐그덕 거리고 소음에 약해요. 숙소에서 쉬려는 목적이라면 호텔 가세요 다시는 안올거 같아요"

"방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. 아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다. 다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요."

"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "
