"My stay at Sleep Inn was good and the breakfest served was exceptionally good. However , on my last day when I was preparing to leave, there was no carts for me load my luggage and other items. I told staff they need to order more carts. That experience put a blemish on the whole trip"

"This Fairfield location is not only clean but the service is first rate. The breakfast was a cut above. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone for a brief or extended stay."

"It was very loud and the rooms were not very clean. They had a weird smell. The staff however was phenomenal. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt unsafe as I was traveling with a toddler. What I read about the place was not what I got. I wouldn’t stay say it might be good for workers (male). I put a lot of stuff in front of my door to try to make it more secure."

"Our room was right next to the freeway and was SO loud we didn’t get any sleep the first night! We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms but weren’t able to due to the hotel being full, so they offered earplugs (which we got) and a noise machine which they brought to us!"

"Family was relocating from Washington state to Southern California and this hotel was one of our planned stops. Checking in and out was fast, simple, and easy. Staff were super nice and helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was pretty clean. The surround area the hotel is located in felt very safe and secure especially if you are traveling with kids. There are plenty of food options close by. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are traveling with kids and pets and happen to pass...

"The beds are super uncomfortable.we had a king size bed with 3 small pillows that were. Sink and shower didn't drain. We had 2bath towels 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. It's very close to a processing plant and smell was awful. Pool not available due to some nearby construction. You cant have any visitors nobody but registered guest can be on premise."

"Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!"

"Room was disgusting. Dirty towels. took 45 minutes to get checked in because another customer was complaining that their room was dirty too. Will never stay there again."

"This is a wonderful property. Everything was immaculate and worked well. Very comfortable bed. Room is fully loaded with kitchenette (and dishes). Nice to have a couch in the room as well. Loved it and would love to stay again."

"This is and has been a great place to stay. We have been there several times. This last time the breakfast included was a let down, which is the reason for the 4 stars. They use to have a chef make omelets and had good others choices. This time the hot chocolate was weak, the ham pieces dried and the coffee was ran out both mornings we were there. Still a very good breakfast bar compared to others, but I had my hopes up."

"If you’re looking at a place to just lay your head on a pillow and sleep this is the place for you. It’s not the Hilton so Before you book your room don’t expect it to be. I noticed a few customers complaining but it’s not the hotels fault. I stay here twice a year and will come back. This is not a complaint it’s plainly just saying others stop your complaining. The staff is great"
