"Beds very comfortable. Room was dark, carpet is old and had a musty smell. Needs renovating, especially since the amount charged was extremely high for the condition of the room."

"This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money."

"Stay literally ANYWHERE ELSE. We changed it up because we got a 40% Expedia discount. Property advertises wifi. However, in large sections wifi is non-existent. This matters if you are a remote worker, have a kid who wants to read or listen to library books, or need wifi to supplement poor cape cell service. This was brought to the attention of staff, was then gaslit that wifi "was fine because they were using it" only to observe that staff were on a locked network. It is a KNOWN issue because...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sesuit house! Our room was small and older, but clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the pool, the little soccer field and cornhole set, playing connect four, visiting the goats, and having a picnic every morning for breakfast. Very pleasant and relaxing location, close proximity to Mayflower Beach where we enjoyed the amazing tide pools and sunset. A great place to stay mid Cape!"
