"When checking in, I asked if there was an upgrade available, they had a King room but were going to charge the difference, understandable, but I opted to stay with my queen room and rate. I had an issue with a slow draining bathroom sink. I requested if maintenance could look into it and repair, I was heading out for the day so timing was not an issue. I arrived back in my room around 3pm. As soon as I as I unlocked the door the telephone rang, it was the main desk explaining that maintenance...

When I asked why did that without my consent they could not give me an answer or as to why they do it.

We will not return for 2 reasons: the traffic noise from the road was extremely loud; 2)There appeared to be what looked like unhoused people having the post-drug consumption munchies right on the walkway that led to our entrance.
