At check out, I was charged an extra $71.68 for GST even though my Expedia invoice shows $234.86 in taxes paid. Pacific Shores told me to contact Expedia as the invoice does not specify GST. I have contacted Expedia, and awaiting response. First Expedia agent didn't know what GST was, then ended chat with fees and taxes may change when i asked what the taxes I paid were for. "I had to call front desk at 5 a.m. to complain that people were going in and out of a door to the outside which was adjacent to our room. The sign on door said it was not to be used. The banging of the doors from the rooms and the door to the outside was constant all night, I rarely got to sleep. "The property was totally and beautifully renovated, not dated anymore. Everything was nice and clean. The ocean view from the balcony just amazing. The staff that we met at the resort from the restaurant, maintenance, cleaning crew, front desk, gift shop, they are all so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, definitely will stay there again."
