I was really impressed with the landscape pf the property. Had an opportunity to enjoy the pool and spa and enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio. The parking is absolutely fantastic and adjacent to a couple dining options.

This was our second time visiting Pacific Shores. It’s a beautiful resort and the location can’t be beat. The pickleball courts, outdoor hot tub, beachside trails and fire tables are added bonuses. The 1 bedroom unit was very well appointed, with everything we needed to cook meals. The bbqs were located conveniently near the suite, so that made cooking easy. Best part is coming home with clean laundry thanks to the insuite washer & dryer. All in all, the resort is great for anyone looking for a comfortable resort with direct ocean access. We’ll definitely be back again.

The staff made the whole experience different. We had no idea what to do but the staff gave quite a bit of good advice. The unit itself was a bit tricky as the paintings were all gone for some reason, but have easy access to outdoor pool, beach, etc. We wish they didn’t run out of coffee mate or had the restaurant open. A lot of indoor/ outdoor activities were available to check out. Highly recommended for family with kids

The property has lots of fun amenities for kids and families, however, it is a bit dated and needs some attention. The rooms are not air-conditioned and quite stuffy so bring a fan if you’re planning on staying in the summer.

The grounds are poorly landscaped with dirty brown ponds and waterfalls with mosquitos and algae. The room was extremely outdated with stains on the drapes and carpet. The tv was so old it didn’t support any streaming apps. The unit was incredibly hot because there is no air conditioning. The front entrance at the door was covered in spiders and webs. Extremely inconvenient to go to the front office every day or second day to ask for toilet paper, fresh towels and dishwasher pucks as there is no house keeping. Not impressed at all with this supposed nature resort. Pools, hot tub and beach were nice and in good condition. I’m also planning on writing a google review.

The rock hot tub was nice as was the pool. It was very quiet there with usually no one in the hot tub. The room was ok except for slamming doors next door to me the first night. The room was dated, needed a paint job and the shower was designed that you had to get in it to turn it on. Be prepared for a cold blast of water before you can adjust it.

Beautiful property, but maintenance could be a little bit better. Disappointed in the quality of the sofa hide a bed. Very uncomfortable. When Expedia said there would be two beds. I was not expecting one to be a high a bit. Other than that, the apartment was gorgeous. Ready access to the wrath Trevor Beach was a bonus. Said that the main dining room was closed. I’ve been there before when it was open.

The staff were very accommodating! We were given a room with a giant sky light. No cover. Not sure who would be able to sleep in that room. Don’t book a 3rd floor room. The front desk girl was amazing, and so accommodating. She was able to switch us quickly without a fuss. Very appreciative of her customer service. The rooms were fine, clean. But super noisy as they are all joined lock off rooms. The “resort and spa” feel was lack lustre. The gym was very small, and the pics looked better online. The indoor pool was very busy. Lots of kids and families. There is no restaurant in the hotel, this wasn’t mentioned on Expedia. So we have to leave the resort to eat. Had we known this we would not of booked. It was just an ok experience. Was clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy! Anytime you rolled over or moved the entire bed squeaked waking up the other person. Wasn’t the “resort” experience we hoped for. Would not book again.
