"Utensils and cups had stains. Asked for extra tissue box and recep couldn't bring it up to our room for us instead asked us to take it along to dinner. Bed sheet spread was not fully covering mattress. Room faced railroad and was noisy.
Breakfast was underwhelming.
Layout was great for big families though and overall facilities for a good nights sleep good."

"The house was impeccably clean and organized. The host had already thought of every possible question and had answers written down in English in various guides and instructions. He also provided helpful maps identifying local restaurants and attractions nearby.
The host had great communication and had thought of everything.
I would 100% recommend this property to anyone staying in Kanazawa!!!"

"From the outside, the hotel looks a little unassuming and might make you wonder what to expect. But once inside, it was absolutely fantastic.
The room was incredibly spacious, with huge beds, a large bathroom, and even an additional zen-style room that gave us plenty of space to relax. Complimentary laundry and dryer facilities were a huge bonus, and breakfast was included in our stay as well.
