This was by far the worst hotel room I’ve ever had, the description shows an entire apartment with the kitchen and all amenities that that would include however I was provided 150 ft.² hole in the wall. I booked a two week stay and was told if I wanted the room to be cleaned. It would cost me one nights stay price, out of my pocket. After a week I asked for sheets and towels to which they took three days to get those simple amenities to me and threatened to charge me for that Service. I have requested a refund because of the heinous and unsanitary way that the property is managed to which I waited four days and had to contact them to find out my refund was denied. Their phone number doesn’t match and their address doesn’t match. If you go into the Silverado resort which it says it’s a part of, they will not be able to find a reservation because it is not a part of it. They have no on-site manager or anyone to help you with anything if needed and if you do get someone to help you with something they want to charge you for it. Even basic necessities like toilet paper, are not provided for stays of 2 weeks?Do not stay here if you value your health and well-being.
