"The breakfast was amazing! Thank you chef for the delicious breakfast!"

"It’s a modern and unique experience. Rosa and staff are so helpful and I felt welcome and accommodated throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place."

"Really a wonderful hotel. location is great. staff is beyond fantastic. I think the food could use a little improvement. That wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Room was really great. Loved the bed, bathtub, fireplace on the balcony, tv having apps+ live tv was great. in room amenities were perfect. Again highlight of the stay was the room and the staff."

"Love this place. It’s in downtown Napa so walking distance to a couple restaurants we tried. The place is cozy small town vibes inn which was what we wanted. We do not care for big box corporate hotel so this was perfect. Dolly was such a sweetheart when we were there and she made breakfast time great. The coffee was so good! The cookies that were left out towards the end of the day was a fun treat to look forward to. We got the large room which was perfect and cozy for the fall time vibes. And...

"We loved Napa River Inn. The room was so comfortable and cozy. The pastries and coffee in the room in the morning were a great way to start the day."

"The hotel and rooms are fine but both need to renovated. Everything looks worn out and needs a serious refresh."

"This was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast, and overall, we would give it a **10/10!** The property is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. We were warmly greeted by the innkeeper, who made check-in quick and easy. They took the time to explain all the room's features, including the incredibly luxurious and comfortable bed! Although we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the chef-prepared breakfast in the morning, it looked absolutely...

"The property is very nice and access is easy. Amenities are better than most including a market, spa and bowling alley!"

"We had a 1 night stay at the hotel- location was perfect for downtown Napa. We were around the corner from our music venue, was able to walk to dinner. Just a few comments about our room: craced tile in the bathroom should be repaired or replaced. The water temperature was not cooperating and unable to get a cool temperature in the shower. The toilet ran for a long time before the tank filled and it would stop. I would also recommend getting rid of the dark carpeting and putting in laminate...
