"Overall facility was clean but our room upon check in the toilet was not cleaned properly I noted this to staff when I checked out and they said I should have told them immediately and it would have been rectified"

"The room was cleaner than most typical "fancy" hotels I've been to. Everything else was also above expectation and my kids and I enjoyed a well rounded and tasty complimentary breakfast before hiking for the day!"

"Perfect off the grid getaway. Lovely cabin style accommodations with bikes and pickle ball to use included and nightly fire pits that set the scene for a fun fall trip. Hot tub spa delightful. Only wishes were for a fire poker at the fire pit given self loaded after they initially light it (although amazing amount of unlimited dry cut firewood to use) and toilet on first floor of the two story cabin (as you had to walk upstairs and through the bedroom) given sofa bed on first floor"

"The rooms are very quiet, the comfortable beds are quite cozy, the rooms are dark and relaxing. 😌 awesome place to catch up on sleep but prices are a bit high overnight on weekends!"

"We had a beautiful time at Hampton Inn. The only trouble we had, was whoever was staying in the room above us was terribly loud. It had nothing to do with the hotel though. The staff were kind and friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice, wish it was a bit warmer, but that's just me. Wonderful time! This was our 4th time staying at this hotel. Close to shops, restaurants, and Minnewaska State Park for hiking. We will be back soon!"

"The room & property were very clean. The staff outstanding. A special thank you to James at the front desk & Andrè in The Venue. Would suggest that at check in guests should be notified that housekeeping needs to be requested by 11:00 am (I didn’t notice the sign). For a nicer hotel,coffee should be available in lobby in addition to the small coffee maker in room. I would recommend to friends & family."
