The pool closes at 8 PM, so you get about four hours of swimming time—more than enough for the kids to enjoy. Check‑out is at 11 AM, but you can still go for another round of swimming afterward. Just keep in mind that you won’t have a room to store your bags anymore. Overall, it’s worth the overnight stay—especially if you check in on a Friday afternoon, check out Saturday morning, then take a quick 1.5‑hour road trip to Ocean Shores before heading home Saturday night. It makes for a fun, full, and memorable family weekend."

"The room was smelly (mold and maybe other things), the curtains were hanging off the rod, the overall condition of the building was really shocking (run down, quite dirty, and the stairs up to the second floor were quite rickety). There was a woman yelling at the front desk manager about another guest that was banging on her wall the night before, but SHE herself was disturbing the peace and her children were running everywhere (including the parking lot) screaming and shrieking. We walked into our room, realized the smell alone would be a big issue, saw the dangling curtains, the shabby bedding, heard the lady screaming below us, and just turned around and left, and checked into another hotel. The front desk manager was friendly and efficient. He also remained calm and professional when dealing with the unpleasant, yelling woman. He was the only good thing about the place. But yeah, it was a 1 out of 10 overall. Perhaps the worst motel we have ever seen. Sorry."

"After I checked in my room, first off the room door was broke and I had to slam the door like 6 times and lock it because it will not close. There was no phone, no wifi and it was a little rundown. And to top it off there were Hella roaches that came out at night I did not sleep at all. And I paid for travel insurance so I hope I get refunded back or credit voucher to stay somewhere else."
