"Don't expect quiet or sleep. Unfortunately, even though the location is great, and the hotel is quite nice, there is a defect with the rooms' doors , causing the doors to slam and then bounce and bang multiple times before closing, making LOUD noises. Do not expect to sleep. Everytime, any room on any floor closes, you hear this loud jarring banging door slam. "Property looks great, easy to access, heating system/AC working fine. I would have given a 5 but the response time was a bit poor when I needed something fixed in the room ( tv not working). I called again and they promised to send a staff but no show till we left the following morning. Other than this issue, I will say it's a nice place. "

"Parking felt safe, 25$ incidental lol you can’t beat that. They should add another pool table and actually take care of it. That was the main reason I booked it, just to see a bunch of teenagers hogging it took the experience away. Also, try out pappadeauxs 11/10. Everything else was fine. "

"Plaxe sucks. No microwave no fridge. Room was nasty. Ask to have it cleaned and they said staff off. We cleaned it ourselves. Ants in the room. Was a quick cheep stop for downtown Chicago. Should have stayed in the Laqunti or Hilton next door. My bad was to pick a place with my 3 and 9 year old. Wifes allergies are acting up.for dogs. Now in Niagara Falls and she sick.for the room. Dont go here unless your looking for a cheep place to stay. Buyer beware...."

"Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean."

"Actually there were some lady bugs and other kind of bugs on curtain. When requested for change in the rooms . Since they were fully booked they were not able to provide alternate and also they did t provide other alternative option too and I ba ent even got credits too. I have left the hotel at 1:00 am along with family and got another hotel booked."

"Got two rooms During check in we were supposed to get two rooms by each other but did not initially. Eventually went up with my stuff and was greeted by a woman who was still checked in and said my name popped up on her screen and I had to take my stuff back downstairs and wait a bit. One of two rooms we eventually got came with a sticky floor and not enough towels. One of two rooms smelled strongly of cleaning fluid and the 2nd floor smelled like Asian food. "March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation"
