"Easy check-in. Beautiful room. Great restaurants on site No netflix in the room (tv's need updated), but otherwise a great stay."

"Not similar to the downtown location—more of a nice Holiday Inn feel. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom configuration a little odd with a very small sink. Robes were provided in the Luxury King. Starbucks on site charged $8 for a Venti Latte. The bottled water in the room had an $8 price tag. Best to bring your own drinks and snacks. Did not try the restaurant but it is attached, and right outside the door is a Capital Grille and McCormick & Schmicks. Airport shuttle was on time and a very short ride. Hotel is conveniently located and very quiet. "

" Jacuzzi in room 256 was not fully working. Only the front jets was working. MOST HORRIBLE IN TERRIFYING WAS THE HOTEL CAUGHT FIRE ON OUR FLOOR Barely heard fire alarms. Hurt myself n left belongs still no call back after trying to retrieve my belongings. Also came out to smoke filled Hallway hurt myself again trying to escape. No 1 even tried to knock on doors 2 alert us. "

"Pool water was grey and cloudy, staff was unhelpful, internet kept going out so you couldn’t watch tv, lobby had poorly maintained features and my young son severely scratched his leg in the lobby. Horribly experience. Will never stay again. "
