Very convenient location, friendly and exceptional staff. Their dining terrace has an exceptional view--if you go, make sure to enjoy at least a cocktail there. Could walk to everything we wanted to see in Naples. Close drive to airport.

I was told I was getting a room with a view but did not. The house keeping dept seemed inconvenienced by everything. There was no decent coffee available to someone leaving before breakfast was served.

The staff were helpful especially as we lost our bags on the first day. There’s a roof top restaurant with great views of Vesuvius and Capri overlooking the Naples bay where we spent most evenings having dinner. Rooms and the hotel itself has beautiful ambiance and was very relaxing.

There’s construction across from the hotel, but it’s not hotel’s fault. There’s an amazing rooftop and rooms with balconies. Really pretty hotel. Breakfast is amazing! Coffe served in a silver kettle is so nice 😃

サンタルチアに建つこのホテル、海とヴェスビオ山の眺めは最高でしたが、設備とサービスは普通、以前は付いていた朝食が付いていない事を考えると、もう少し値段は安くても良いと思います。

Faded old Hollywood that needs updating. Our room was very small & cold (12 degrees one night) Then we were Told the air con was controlled by staff & we couldn’t change it! Breakfast good. Bar staff particularly Daniele were nice. View from the rooftop fabulous. Not much variety in the restaurant.

If you are doing Napoli, we heavily recommend by the sea. Excellsior is a very nice hotel and with some good restaurants and attractions in walking distance.

ロケーションは景色という点でとても素晴らしいです。ただし、予約時に景色がよく見える部屋であることを確認して予約することを強くおすすめします。 また、海の景色を見るには絶好の場所ですが、街歩きには少々不便な立地です。 サービスは人にもよりますが、到着時とても怖い顔で受け付けをされる年配の男性の対応に心折れる思いがしました。

This elegant hotel is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and easy walking to sights in Naples. I love the rooftop bar! Definitely a good choice and I would love to return.

Location was great and rooms were big. The floor looked like it had a leak from bathroom. My room was not showing in the booking system of the hotel. Some of the was not friendly and was stingy about water bottles which are included in the price. Room service is expensive and did not have a lot of options.

古いホテルです。お部屋が下水臭くて滞在が辛かった。 通りに面した海とヴェスヴィオ火山が見えるお部屋だったが、ストリートミュージシャンが毎日夕方まで大音量で下手な歌を歌って不愉快極まりなかった。 大晦日は宿泊してる部屋の隣の部屋のバルコニーから花火を打ち上げていた。深夜0時は寝ていたが爆撃かと恐怖におののいてカーテンを開けるとバルコニーに火花が入ってきて本当に怖かった。 火事になったらどうしようかと思った。逃げる準備をした。 これらのことは宿泊前に伝えてほしかった。 朝御飯はとても不味かった。 従業員は誰もが終始態度が良くない。 日本のビジネスホテルでももっと快適だと思う。 ホテルだけでなくナポリの街も人も二度と思い出したくないほど不愉快

Great Hotel
I have only great things to stay about Eurostars Hotel Excelsior. It is located in perhaps the prettiest location in all of Napoli near the Partnenope overlooking the bay and when the skies are clear one can see Mount Vesuvius. The rooms are classic in their look. The restaurant on the ground floor had an excellent breakfast menu being offered as I had ordered a la carte. It was one of the best breakfasts that I had had in Italy. I went up to the Sky Terrace restaurant but did not have a meal because the restaurant had not opened. The view is spectacular and I have promised myself to a treat there the next time I am in Napoli. A presto.

This is the most elegant hotel I have ever stayed in. The building itself and the rooms are stunning. The staff were attentive gracious and helpful.. From the hotel we were able to walk around the city. Our room looked out on the Bay of Naples. The area felt very safe. I hoe to stay there again someday.

The hotel is beautiful in a wonderful location in Naples. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge and morning breakfast. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful throughout the hotel. We had some difficulty with our shower and were moved to a bigger room immediately. It was very quiet and comfortable after long days of touring.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Definitely the nicest hotel in Napoli. Classic old world charm, huge beautiful rooms. Definitely worth paying extra for the water view with a balcony.
