"I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and have stayed at Marriott properties on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, during my recent stay, I experienced an issue with housekeeping service.
Housekeeping knocked on my door at approximately 8:45 a.m. (to early for a saturday) on several occasions. Each time, I politely requested that they return later, as I was not ready for the room to be serviced. However, housekeeping never returned to clean the room.
I reported the situation to the concierge, expecting that the matter would be addressed. Unfortunately, the room was still not cleaned, and the only service provided was the delivery of fresh towels.
As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I was disappointed by this experience, as it did not meet the level of service I have come to expect from Marriott. I would appreciate your review of this matter and any follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed.
