Decent hotel, just a couple lamps that didn't work by the bed and some water leakage in the bathroom. Wet floors after every flush. Other than that a very nice and comfortable place

Great, clean, and friendly hotel. The area has vone pro and one con: Directly at the train station for convenient travel to e.g. Rome. However, the area around the central train station is medium-safe just like in any other big city. We did enjoy our stay regardless.

The deadly sewer smell would be enough to disqualify them or have them shut down in an honest city. But, let us add the tv, safe and refrigerator didnt work. I gave them all day to attend to any. They did not. I left after night one. The room had no heat either and the noise was ever present and ear splitting. You wont sleep. I asked to change rooms 4x. They had many. They would not unless i paid 20e extra for a room that was vacant. I stayed here the year before. They did not remember or respect. It was ok then. I was going to book here again before this treatment. Not now. They are great business people. Not.

I loved that it was right across from the central station and I was easily able to get to the airport, around town, and to Pompeii. I could tell they take great pride in the rooms being very clean. The lighting in the room is a bit dark but I was able to open my window during the day to brighten the room. Being a single woman traveling solo I felt safe in the area despite how it looks. I also like that there were plenty of places to eat and a grocery store across the street.

cheap central accommadation close to railway station and airport bus and short walk to historic centre, its basic but comfortable, very good value i always stay there when i visit the city, sound proofing isnt great , rooms are clean

Simple, reasonably priced accommodation which seems to have known a better past. Check-in possible until midnight. Very friendly personnel. Some things maybe need a makeover, but for me it was okay. For some, the environs of the central station may seem scary but in fact I never felt unsafe and nobody ever approached me.

Very near to the train station Napoli Centrale and supermarket. I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. So many things to see here, and the location near to the train station is very efficient. The hotel itself is bit dated but well maintained.

Great 😃 hotel. It's a great hotel for multiple reasons. It's located almost in front of train station ( Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi train station). Easy to access to everything. The main street is always busy. It's very walkable. We felt safe in the area. The hotel needs some updates , but we don't mind because the location, besides this is a very clean hotel. Excellent price. I definitely recommend it!

Rooms are ok, outdated but very clean and liveable. The problem is the area around the property, is so unsafe, rubbish all over the place, homeless people and beggars everywhere, like 4 people tried to scam me and I was clutching my bag whole way to the hotel, convenient location to train station, I think if your visit Naples to use it as a home base to visit Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi etc it’s ok as your not hanging around the property often but if your coming to Naples to actually visit Naples I’d try to get somewhere near the old town and a safer and nicer place to use a Homebase for for visiting the coast would be Salerno, Salerno was abit rough around the edges but seemed safe and clean. I thought with the location and price it would be fine but I think I spent more on taxis because I didn’t feel safe walking around than I saved on choosing this place

great value

travelling on a budget i was looking for reasonably priced accommadation close to the centre, hotel eden met my needs, a large comfortable double bed, a bathtub, clean- right next to termini station and walking distance to the old town. i am happy to recommend this hotel

Good value for money hotel

It was a good hotel for our stay. The hotel was clean and the room was serviced every day including change of towels. Our room was large, air-conditioning in very good condition. Being on the main road, closed to the central train station makes the hotel a bit noisy during the day, but at night it quiets down. No much noise if the windows are closed. It would be nice though if they could provide some glasses or plastic cups for water. The surroundings streetsmay look a bit unkempt and daunting, but despite this we didn't feel unsafe.
