"The room was okay and what you’d expect for the price. What was not okay was the boutique check in twenty mins from the room location. I suppose this would be fine if you had a car but we had to walk and this was ridiculous. The staff also did not speak good English which is more my problem and kept insisting I pay the rest in cash despite only having card on me. "The host was very responsive. The bathroom of the property was amazing, clean and spacious. Spacious bedrooms- had a great time!"

"Historic and unique. Room had a strange smell. Very loud overnight…fireworks, clanging bottles in hallway. One concierge wasn’t very welcoming. Seemed to need more wait staff in restaurant. Maitre d’ at restaurant was very nice. Closed lunch service early at bar/restaurant near pool because of a wedding."

"This was the perfect all around experience staying in Naples. Every member of staff were kind and extremely helpful. The restaurant served delicious food at a great price. "We had 3 King suites for our group. Two had unusual room/bathroom setup with bath between each bedroom. But not bad for a Holiday Inn. Elevators were adequate as well as parking. Restaurants were accessible and fairly reasonable. Beds comfortable."
