Welcome to AFRICA!!!!

If anyone told me that I was in Naples, I would have never believed it if it wasn't for the fact that the staff spoke Italian. Are u kidding me??? This hotel was surrounded by Africans from all sort. We did not see a single Italian inside the hotel. The smell was unbearable in the lobby as well as hotel floors. 4 STARS???? More like half a star. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and that's it. Going out at night is not very comfortable as you're constantly worried of your surroundings. The hotel "complimentary breakfast" was terrible. There's no parking whatsoever. I would NEVER stay here again, it's a complete ripoff.

Sant' Angelo Hotel in Napoli

The location of this hotel is perfect which near the Napoli train terminal. However, inside and outside the hotel, there are a lot of peoples from Africa. If you are first time to Napoli and live there, you may little bit worry. And actually they are very nice. The room of the hotel is clean but the breakfast is not so good.

Es un hotel muy correcto, lo mas flojo es el bufet del desayuno por que no hay mucha variedad pero todo de buena calidad.

Great place to stay!

The facility is located in a flea market area VERY close to the Central Train Station. The inside of the hotel was considerably better than the exterior. The staff was very friendly and very willing to help. The room was great and the price was very reasonable. Would certainly stay here again.

Buon rapporto prezzo/qualità

Non è certo un 4 stelle, ma se il prezzo (come nel mio caso) è meno del prezzo usuale di un 3 stelle, va benissimo. Il quartiere circostante non è valutabile. Tutta Napoli non può rientrare nelle classifiche convenzonali

ottimo raporto qualità prezzo

Buon hotel in posizione strategica per chi si muove con il treno e facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. necessita di manutenzione ma complessivamente il livello è buono, unica pecca l'area circostante ( il piazzale della stazione centrale dei treni) molto frequentata da extracomunitari e persone poco affidabili, quindi occhi aperti !

Hotel orrendo non vale nemmeno una stella

Ho messo la valigia in camera e sono uscito tirando tardi per ritardare il piu' possibile il rientro in questo tugurio. Camera formato loculo, moquette che definire lurida e' un complimento, finestra su un cortile con scarichi delle cucine che impuzzano di fritto la camera, doccia che non scarica, dotazione del bagno scarsissima (puoi lavarti una volta sola). ma chi ha dato 4 stelle a questa struttura?

How bad a hotel !

You can see the hotel Sant'Angelo while going out the train statione. The room is big .There are 2 televiones in the room. But none could be opened. A few light bulbs is bad . The shower is bad too. We asked the staff to repair .Until we left, the staff did not fix a thing. We had stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.Daily breakfast is very poor.Yogurt, cheese, meat exposed to the air. And they are not fresh.

La cortesia non e' un optional

Mi spiace dover segnalare che il personale addetto alla sicurezza dell'hotel e' alquanto scortese. Avevamo lasciato i nostri bagagli alla reception per l'utlimo giorno di permanenza dopo aver eseguito ic check-out la mattina. Al pomeriggio torniamo a ritirarli. Dovevamo spostare alcuni effetti da un bagaglio all'altro e ci eravamo accomodati in una saletta adiacente alla reception dove non c'era nessuno. Un usciere con fare parecchio sgarbato ci invitava ad andarcene al piu' presto. Ci e' capitato per nostra distrazione di dimenticare un indumento in un armadio e siamo tornati indietro per chiedere di riottenerlo. La stessa persona di cui prima ha obbligato la mia amica a rimanere alla porta. Posso capire che magari non volessero che troppa gente non attualmente presso una stanza girasse per l'albergo, ma quantomeno poteva esporre la richiesta con modi piu' garbati. Inoltre nella camera assegnataci la rubinetteria non era manutenuta adeguatamente.

Equivalent d'un hotel 2 *, mais la difference de correspondance est standard dans le coin. Le coin est un peu glauque mais pas forcement dangereux. Bon rapport qualite prix.

Camera con moquette in condizioni pessime. Soggiorno di tre giorni senza acqua calda. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera ma la nostra richiesta non è stata soddisfatta. Abbiamo riferito della mancanza di acqua calda, non siamo stati creduti e poi dopo che non era più possibile negarlo, ci hanno proposto un week end gratuito, impegno che però non hanno mantenuto.

This is a "Ma Ma Mia"

The hotel is located right across street from the central rail station. It is convenient. However, there is a price to pay for the convenience. The neighborhood is scary. It is not very safe to walk around after dark. I changed three rooms totaly. The first time is because of no internet service in the room. The second time is because of leaking sink, clogged shower base, and nearly "cold" water for shower. This hotel does not have bathtub. After moving to the third room, I realized this is the given condition of the hotel. I don't know if the hotel controls water temperature for cost saving or they have plumbing issue. Imaging showering in luke warm water during winter time. That was what I went through. Carpet has a lot of stains. Bad smell in the bathroom. However, the staff was friendly and tried his best to help.

Great hotel - shame about the area!

We stayed in Naples en route back to Rome - we wish we could have found this hotel in Rome though! The hotel staff were fantastic, the hotel was very good quality for money and the breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately this is in a very down trodden part of town, although right by the station, so therefore you can get out of the area quite easily. Generally we wouldn’t advise going to Naples (as per the guide books!) - there isn’t much there we found but the hotel was a haven!
