Beautiful room, quiet, sparkling clean. Located right at Spaccanapoli and San Gregorio Ameno with great shopping. Many activities and tours located close by such as Underground Naples and pizza classes. Lots of dining choices. Staff immediately responsive via text to questions or concerns. If you are coming to Naples, this is an amazing place to stay. The room was lovely as well as the service. It’s located in the perfect area for you to go an explore Naples, a short walk to the port and despite its location it’s very quiet in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

Our accommodations were perfect, great location, the staff was very responsive to any questions we had. Our room was on the smaller side, but worked for 2 nights, it was clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary mini bar was very nice. The location of apartment was also perfect, easy to walk to most areas that we wanted to visit.

Great people, great location, fantastic stay!

We had an incredible stay at Its Room! I booked this hotel for the first part of my partners 40th birthday and it was fantastic. We visited Naples for a football game and to enjoy the city and surrounding area and this hotel was the perfect base for our trip. Super easy check in and check out, the team was always ready to help with extras and quick with communication. The location is perfect, feeling safe and right next to all the best spots in Naples! Completely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was right in the centre of the Spanish Quarter which was fantastic as everything was close by. The apartment was really nice, bathroom great, large bedroom and lounge area. Beautifully decorated and very stylish. Very quiet inside. Being very picky, fluffier pillows would be nice. Also, on arrival we struggled to open the outer door to the apartment but the owner arrived and showed us the knack of pulling the door and then pushing it open. Really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

It’s great location to be in the bustle of historic Naples! The room and bathroom is spacious and very clean and comfortable! The ac works great!! There is also a small fridge which is very nice to have small snaccs and water store. The building feels very safe considering it is in a busy area, we felt comfortable that no one can just walk in. The only downside is that during business hours, 9-7 pm, there are no car access, since the street shops are all open and it’s pedestrian only. So getting dropped off or picked up can be cumbersome with your luggages as you do need to walk to where the car is allowed to be. During our stay, we found out there is an easier spot to be picked up, much closer than if you just give the actual address of accomodation. You can ask apartment them the location of that pick up spot :)

This place is super basic, there is no staff to welcome you other than via WhatsApp text. I also didn’t realize that it is not possible for taxis to drop off or pick up, which made it very inconvenient for us because we had a lot of luggage. Just felt kind of like a dorm room that we were staying in. It was fine, but if you are trying to coordinate taxi rides, I would suggest an alternate location.

The stuff was very unfriendly, we didn't get the code for the door. He didn't pick up our phone call. We had to write an e-Mail and wait another 20 minutes 'till he arrived. At the end, when we already were back home he wanted the city tax (should check that in advance). He wanted more, than from ebookers was commended. Never agan!

Habitación muy bonita y con buenos acabados. Situada en un área comercial y turística en donde a unos pasos se tienen muchos locales de comida y souvenirs, y a unos cuantos minutos de la estación de metro Duomo con fácil acceso al resto de la ciudad. Muy recomendado.

It’s Room is the PERFECT place to stay while you are in Napoli! The communication was quick and easy. Finding the place was easy and all the instructions made sense. The actual room was INCREDIBLE!! Very spacious, super clean and we given a mini bar of goodies upon entering our room. The shopping was amazing! And we truly had the best pizza and fried calamari at Pizzeria Capass! The location of this hotel was fantastic. We walked out of our door and into central Naples. However, the room itself was very quiet. The staff were very attentive to our needs including assisting with cleaning and information when one of our group was sick. The shower did have some difficulties, but we revived prompt help via WhatsApp

Good location. The room was fine. It is an electronic checkin and communication. It worked but would prefer some person to meet and talk to.

Our room seemed like a small flat. It was private and convenient. My family liked leaving and within 10 meters being on Spaccanapoli.

The It’s Room property is lovely. Francesco answered all texts promptly and was very accommodating. Our dissatisfaction was not the property but Naples in general. Full of graffiti, dirty and all around disappointing. Will not be returning to Naples.But if you are planning a trip, it’s room is great
