Tutto bene ma l'educazione è la chiave di tutto

La location è indiscutibile sia per la posizione strategica che consente di visitare i punti salienti della città partenopea che per le condizioni igieniche e di pulizia in cui è tenuta la struttura. Forse ahimè, l'unico neo sono i gradini per raggiungerla. Oltre ciò, è stata una bella esperienza in sostanza solo la reception dovrebbe migliorare... Inizialmente c'è stato un impatto traumatico, zero accoglienza e zero cordialità... Tale situazione ha rischiato di pregiudicare l'intero soggiorno. Tuttavia, la sig. Concetta è stata l'unica ad essere cordiale, gentile e cortese... La ragazza della reception solo l'ultimo giorno è stata un po'più disponibile e cortese... Quindi, ottima struttura, ottima posizione geografica, colazione abbondante e soddisfacente ma zero accoglienza e cordialità. Essendo di Napoli e, tenendo molto, al turismo in Campania suggerisco di migliorare la reception poiché il posto e il luogo meritano visite! GL

Really great location walkable to downtown Pozzuoli and a subway to Naples. The place was very clean, modern, and the view was fantastic. The entrance to the hotel itself is halfway down (or up) a hill so you have to climb a lot of stairs, so pack light if you're going!

Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and nice staff. Only 2 minor issues we ran into...the entrance door was sometimes locked so we had to find a staff member to let us in or out of the building (at normal hours of the day) and our shower drain was extremely slow to drain. The location was great and we had a view of the sea from our room. We would stay there again!

La posizione è ottima, la vista dalla camera con balcone sul golfo è magnifica, camera spaziosa bagno accogliente e il tutto molto pulito. Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta. Da tener presente che per raggiungerla dal porto e anche all'interno ci sono parecchie scale. La colazione non è all'altezza della struttura

Lovely time

Comes up to expectations from websites, very clean and spacious. Once found the location is very good, but it it very tucked away, half way down or up a cobbled non vehicular set of steps. It is necessary to park in the car park above and drag your cases down the steps or behind the station and drag your cases up, once there and staff are helpful, the views from the rooms are lovely. Breakfast is fine, you will have to ask for milk. Make sure you take a adaptor plug for Italian sockets. Wifi was a bit hit and miss in room 5 but fine in the public areas. The event space is very grand and events did not impinge on us. Easy access to Naples by train.

Beautiful location, but not "American" friendly

The hotel was very tough to find. Our taxi driver spent 20-30 minutes asking various people how to get there as the address did not show on the GPS (which cost us an extra $20-30 Euros, BTW). When we finally found it, it was inaccessible by car. We had to roll our luggage and baby stroller down 40 steps to get to the hotel, then up 40 or so steps to get to the lobby. The views from the hotel were spectacular, the room was large and comfortable, however there was no toilet paper, only a bidet which is not customary in America. The staff was friendly, but nobody spoke English; thankfully my wife is fairly fluent in Italian or we would have found the stay there very difficult. In all, the hotel was very nice and I would recommend it if you can deal with the inconveniences that I listed above.

Nice hotel, but so many problems!

This was a nice hotel, I've stayed in much worse but it was a bit of a weird stay for us. Nearly impossible to find this hotel (we came by car, google maps was at a loss as the where it was suppose to be), at checkin I enquired about parking and was told it was church hour and no one was there to help park the car, had to wait an hour. We ended up finding a park ourselves miles away (the "self parking" they mention didn't seem to exist). Ended up grabbing essentials and walking back to hotel without luggage as it was several flights of stairs, no lift. That night tried to get a drink at the bar & was told the terrace wasn't available for drinks due to a problem, but seemed to be open for dinner and other people were sitting at tables? In the morning, go down for the breakfast buffet, very poor/random selection, no bowls for cereal, no milk (when i pointed both of these out, the lady we'd been dealing with told me i had to ask her for milk?? no mention of if they even had bowls?) decided to eat my cereal with yoghurt out of a juice glass and get out of there asap. On checkout, they attempted to double charge me for the room. SO uncomfortable, confusing and infuriating. Wifi/Internet wasn't working (another problem) and she couldn't check or explain why I was expected to pay again, in the end I activated roaming on my phone and showed her the hotels.com email stating it was paid in full. Wasn't a fan of the area, the staff or the broken air conditioner!!

New hotel with stunning views

Despite being hard to find, including for locals, this is an excellent small hotel with stunning views from the large patio area. The rooms are a good size and well appointed.

Clean hotel

The hotel is quite new and for that reason very clean and in nice condition. There is only 6 rooms in the hotel. No balcony available in rooms but there is a big garden with sun deck which is available for hotel guests. Breakfast was very small, in some days there were not much left and we needed to share the last croissant with my husband as there were nothing else left. The hotel is near the train and metro stations and near to centum of Pozzuoli. Good location. But very difficult to find at the first time. Even local taxi drivers didn't know it. Some signs would be needed as you need to use stairs to go to the hotel.

Nie wieder, ich kann nur davon abraten!!!!!

Aufenthalt August 2017, Ehepaar mit 2 Kindern (9J+11J), gebucht Fam.zi. 3Nächte Bewertung siehe bekanntes Bewertungsportal im Internet, hinzu kommt zu Hause ein weiterer bitterer Nachgeschmack: Den Zimmerpreis wollen die "netten" Besitzer dieses Hotels 2x von meinem Konto abbuchen. Jetzt reicht es mir aber entgültig! Ich bereue es sehr, dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben und kann ich keinster Weise nachvollziehen, wieso es bisher im Internet so positive Bewertungen erhält.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, wie schön die Lage und das Hotel waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte umfangreicher sein, da ist wirklich noch Handlungsbedarf! Da wir nicht die größten Frühstück Fans sind, hat es uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Die Lage ist großartig, wenige Stufen und man ist sofort im Kern. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, da das Umland auch wunderschön ist. Die schönsten Strände haben wir 7 Kilometer entfernt gefunden.

Nice new hotel but hospitality is very lacking

The hotel is new and very pretty exspecially compared to the area. However if you are going back between Napoli and the hotel cab rides will cost about 60 euros each trip!! It is very hard to find the hotel and there are LOTS of steps to climb with your luggage. There is NOT a 24 hour desk. We got in early am and door was locked and we had to sit outside the hotel till we finally woke up the guy in the hotel. Our air condition was broke so they provided a portable one but they turned it off every time we left so it was super hot when we would return. Also breakfast seemed to be unimportant the lady who did it wasn't even there till after 730 and wasn't set up till after 8 usually and you never knew if there would be drinks for breakfast or not.... for example they had cereal but no milk or bowl? .... overall nice hotel beautiful views but not welcoming at all

nice hotel far from naples

The hotel is on the outskirts of Naples(30 mts by train) and so if visiting Pompei and other sights near Naples add 30 mts to and fro to your travel plans. The hotel itself is new and the people are very nice and accommodating. lots of steps to reach the hotel. Beautiful sea views but no beach for swimming. Nice breakfast.Very spacious property. Lots of local restaurants just a few minutes away.

Hotel in buona posizione ma poco insonorizzato . Al mattino alle 7.30 non c'era ne la colazione ( fatta al bar in centro Pozzuoli)ne tanto meno qualcuno alla reception a cui poter chiedere info. Ipotizzando che fosse già stato prelevato l'importo dalla carta di credito , siamo usciti alle 7.55 senza trovare anima viva e quindi senza pagare . Contattato poi ho lasciato n carta e mi è stato detto che avrebbero stornato €20,00 per il disagio della mancata colazione A oggi , pur sollecitando , non ho ancora visto la ricevuta fiscale del pagamento

Un ottimo soggiorno a Napoli/Pozzuoli

Struttura ottima, recentemente ristrutturata con cura ed attenzione. Stanza confortevole, luminosa e con vista. Magnifica la terrazza con vista sul porto e golfo di Pozzuoli. Ottime le colazioni. I proprietari ed il personale sono gentilissimi e ti fanno sentire a casa! Consigliatissima!!! Euro e Isabella

Hübsches Hotel mit schönem Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp für einen Kurzbesuch von Ischia und den Phlegräischen Feldern gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super und der Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer genauso so, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Wir würden das Hotel sehr empfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen.
