La habitación es amplia y está muy limpia siempre. Hay un espacio con juegos y terraza donde puedes pasar un rato agradable. La chica que nos recibió atenta a lo que necesitamos, con excelentes recomendaciones y muy amable. Hay ascensor para subir las maletas con costo de 0.20. El lugar donde está no es bonito, pero entrando a Mola Rooms todo cambia.

Lovely B&B in the Spanish Quarter

We enjoyed our stay at Mola Rooms and would recommend it. The rooms have very modern decor and clean with good air con and wifi. There is a very nice large roof terrance and lounge area with hob, oven, fridge and TV. The breakfast is good with fresh pastries, juice, coffee and yogurt (served 8:30 to 10). The owners are nice and helpful, and speak perfect English and were always available. The hotel is well located off the main shopping street and in the Spanish Quarter, and a fairly short walk from the old city centre/metro/ferry. The only slight negatives were the stairs to the top floor and the noise of the mopeds until early in the morning. The windows were single glazed, so little sound proofing. However the noise and the mopeds are part of what makes Naples different and interesting.

Situato nei quarteri Spagnoli a pochi passi da Toledo, accoglienza cortese e grande disponibilità.Ci lasciano le chiavi della camera che non era ancora pronta, in serata rientriamo e prima sorpresa: il Water era intasato di carta igienica.chiamiamo la titolare che arriva dopo circa due ore.Ci assegna un'altra camera con i servizi esterni raggiungibili passando attraverso il soggiorno dove si fa colazione. la biancheria è pulita ma i guanciali emanavano un odore insopportabile di sudore. il primo impulso è stato di andare via, ma erano le 23, comunque la titolare non avrebbe rimborsato le due notti. Abbiamo lasciato il BB il mattino seguente per una super struttura il Plebiscito Relais

Cozy B&B in the heart of Naples

Me and my girlfriend stayed for one night in this cozy bed and breakfast. It's not a full-on-hotel, so a little different from what I'm accustomed to, but in the end the service provided was good, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the (shared) balcony is great.

Location centralissima e grande ospitalita'

Berry e Roberto sono molto ospitali e gentili. Il B&B ha una location centralissima, i quartieri spagnoli hanno un fascino d'altri tempi. Si raggiungono a piedi facilmente molte attrazioni turistiche. Ottima impressione.

Muito bom

Logo que chegamos nos assustamos um pouco com a localização, mas depois vimos que era seguro. O hotel foi feito com muito bom gosto, a decoração muito bonitinha,quartos confortáveis e limpos. Berry e marido muito simpáticos. Encontrei um pouco de dificuldade em conversar pois eles não entendiam o português mas na medida do possível nos ajudaram...a encontrar alguns lugares para jantar que foram ótimos.A localização é ótima pois e muito próximo das atrações principais, lojas e restaurantes.O único problema foram as escadaria (85 degraus) não é fácil para subir com muita bagagem como nós.Mas recomendo...

Barry could not have been nicer or more helpful. Super lovely couple running this B & B. The location though is pretty bad, in the Spanish area where there is no parking(once we paid for parking we may as well have just stayed closer to the sea). The building has no elevator and they are on the 4th floor with very steep steps. If you have a large bag, this is a tough one. The listing says there is a private bath but that just means you get your own but the bathroom is still on the other side of the apartment. A bit awkward. Having said all that, the place is spotless and modern. Barry was very helpful, had maps, etc. I would not stay here again, but if she opened a place closer to town I would book with her!

Great host, great location, beautiful B&B

We had an amazing stay at Mola Rooms. Berry, the owner of the B&B, was so friendly and welcoming and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast is great and Berry looks after you making sure you are happy. The area is very traditional and local and it's lovely to see local people going about their business - working, playing and socialising. It is in an excellent location - close to all the best bars, restaurants and sights in Naples. A few tips...the B&B is on the 3rd floor with no lift - it's absolutely fine and great to walk off all the pizzas you will eat but not suitable for people with walking issues. I would recommend this place and we will return when we are next in Naples. Thank you berry for being such a wonderful host!

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar

A estadia foi ótima, a berry nos recebeu muito bem como uma família, ela e seu marido foram solicitos e simpáticos. Nos deram dicas de onde comer ( inclusive um dos restaurantes favoritos agora). O quarto estava limpo, é espaçoso, bem confortável. O ar condicionado e ventilador funcionam muito bem. As únicas ressalvas é que o quarto que ficamos possui o banheiro fora do quarto, ou seja, vc precisa atravessar a sala para ir mas de qualquer forma ele era exclusivo do nosso quarto. Café da manhã gostoso, tipico italiano com croissants, suco, yogurt, capuccino. E a outra ressalva é sobre as escadas caso esteja vindo com malas de rodinha grande e pesadas, são 3 lances de escada. Sobre a localização, para os aventureiros fica no meuo do quarter espanhol e pertinho de metro, super bem localizado e próximo de restaurantes próximos. Nós recomendamos a hospedagem e inclusive existe um terraço no ape perfeito para descansar depois de um dia longo de passeio. :)

Great hotel in the Spanish quarter

The hostess, Berry, is very friendly and helped me get oriented to the city, as well as provided excellent travel and restaurant recommendations! Breakfast was usually too late for me but I could still grab yogurt and a pastry from the previous day. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because you hear all the noise from the street (VERY loud) late into the night.

Excellent stay in authentic Napels

We loved our stay at Mola rooms, right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter where you feel part of the Napolitan lifestyle. A lot of famous sites are within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern, clean and new, and there is a sunny roof terrace. On top of that Berry is a great host - she makes you feel very welcome and at home. She provides you with tips, fresh pastries each morning plus a wonderful smile!

Decepcionante

Tercer piso sin ascensor. Aire acondicionado que no funciona en habitación interior y la respuesta inicial fue muy desagradable, porque me queria convencer que si funcionaba a pesar de que no enfriaba. Noche horrible con mucho calor y sin ventilación. Al día siguiente nos cambian de habitacion y esta ya era todo correcto. El baño, estaba lejos, viejo y mal olor. La limpieza solo era regular. la pagian de hoteles.com indicaba que la tasa local solo se paga a partir de los 18 años y la dueña insiste que no. Situaciones muy desagradables.

Central location, welcoming and accommodating host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in thid b&b close to the sites and shoppong in Naples! We felt safe in this bustling middle class neighborhood and the room was a great place to rest our heads after a busy walking day. Berry was helpful im everyway possible and very welcoming to our kids.

DONT DO LATE CHECK IN, LOCATION DOESN'T SEEM SAFE

My booking was accepted just before midnight but owner accepts check in by 8pm. I almost wet myself being in the area just after midnight looking for the hotel, which was closed.

B&B chaleureux & propre

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage à naples. Roberto & Berry nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement. Notre chambre était très propre, climatisée et décorée avec gout. Seul petit bémol le bruit de la rue (klaxon à toute heure). Berry nous a également indiquée de bonnes adresses et nous a aidé pour nos visites. Cette adresse est également proche des transports (10 min à pied du métro) et est proche des lieux touristiques de Naples ce qui a été très appréciable.
