Very bad internet, TV didn’t work to begin with. We were 5 pers. In the room was a dobbelt bed at 3 foldout beds. Very little space.

It was just a bed and a shower. AC unit needs to be repaired. Not having anyone but the maid service to greet us was a bit disappointing. Not a hotel service we were expecting.

Muito bom!

Hotel muito bem localizado, dava para fazer todos os pontos turísticos a pé, além de ser bem próximo da estação de trem. No geral o quarto era muito bom e o atendimento também.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed the location and the friendly staff. It was small which I loved. The beds were very very hard- and that may be an American thing. But the air conditioning was awesome!

foi dificil encontrar o hotel, pois o hotel não dispoe de recepcionista no periodo da noite, tivemos que aguardar um funcionario se deslocar ao hotel para abrir a porta e realizar o checking.

The was the worst stay in Italy! We checked out a day early for safety concerns. When we arrived there was absolutely NO staff working, no exterior lights, No one available to let us in the building ( we were let in by a lady and child after waiting a long time. The lady must have lived in the building)This is NOT a HOTEL! It's a B&B with NO staff. We met a guy who said he was friends with the owner who eventually tried helping us. We had to check ourselves in with What's up app. This place LIES stating it's a hotel. The area is a high crime location. The building has multiple doors you have to buzz through to get in and out. The walls are thin so you hear sirens all night. Our family of five barely slept. No one felt safe! In the morning a car was broken into right outside of the building. We had an early morning 8 hr excursion so we couldn't check out until we returned. We immediately packed up and messaged through Whatsapp that we were leaving. This place should be removed for lying about the entire description. They wouldn't even give us money back for the night not used! My opinion is that lied and that is breach of contract. I reached out directly to Expedia to file a complaint and waiting for assistance in retrieving some of our money.

Hotel is in a convenient location to shopping and dining with transportation near by. The beauty of Napoli is it’s a vibrant city with that in mind our hotel room was not quiet so that’s to be considered if you want a quiet room. Bathroom was old and in poor repair with broken parts, no toilet seat. No hot water and when we asked for some bottled water the staff said yes but never stocked our room.

Only recommended this property because is nearby to city center, train station. Ferry port and restaurants and bars. But this property looks apartments and they don’t have 24 hours front desk services. Is very small. Whe have to wait in the streets for someone to open the doors for us because we arrived after 7:00 pm. And the door was closed

On the website it stated 24 hour concierge and English speaking. Both not true. Shuttle on website- was contacted and then requested shuttle and never contacted back.

This facility named as a “hotel” but it was like a hostel or motel, no lobby, no front desk staff, pictures in the description is very misleading. Place was located on a dirty Main Street, garbage everywhere and felt unsafe to walk after 9 pm . A.c didn’t work, safe deposit box didn’t work, we have to carry our valuables everywhere. This facility charged us similar to standard 3 to 4 star hotel price in the area with but service of a hostel. My family was very uncomfortable. Expedia should have a policy to name a facility a hotel as this is very misleading.

There was no service. It was difficult to get a hold of someone to check in and not possible to get a hold of someone to check out. We had to leave keys with the cleaning staff. There was no one in the front desk. The place seemed more like a hostel, we heard everyone in the other rooms, they gave us keys to the building to get in the hotel since they don’t have a person there at all times. If you need toilet paper or anything you can’t get it because there is no one there! Instructions to get in the building or find the hotel was not in the website or this app. Neighborhood was sketchy but it was near a transportation hub. Would not stay here again.

The overall stay at this hotel was just okay. The ac in the room barely worked and the room never got cold. The shower had mold in it. One of the wooden panel's on the window was broken and there was a huge piece of wood on the floor. When I asked the receptionist for any dinner recommendations she shrugged and said maybe pizza. In addition, 2 members of our group left early in the morning while I stayed back with a friend. The cleaning person didn’t knock and just tried to walk in on us (it was still very early in the morning-8am)! Also- the Wi-Fi did not reach our room (which was basically right next to the from desk). Location was fine and they were able to schedule taxi pick up for us.

Hatten uns von der Unterkunft mehr erwartet. Keine Badewanne, obwohl ausdrücklich gewünscht. Wir konnten mit der Reinigungskraft reden, sie war sehr sympathisch. Den Rezeptionist haben wir einmal kurz gesehen und sonst nicht. Total laute Umgebung, Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Würde es nicht empfehlen.
