Property was amazing. Staff was helpful. Location was central but surrounding area was not too clean. Great for access to attractions and restaurants. Far from costal area which was great.

Palazzo Salgar
Checking in was seamless and quick. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Our room was quaint and modern but the view was overlooking the alley. Excellent shower and very hot. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner menu is limited but delicious.

Albergo Palazzo Decumani
Staff were lovely, the room was large and very nice. The piazza in front could use some work and sprucing up. The chains in front were a hazard. Get rid of or make more obvious. Larger chain painted white??

Naples Plaza Duomo
Good location. A boutique hotel with only a few rooms. Amenities limited. No Kleenex, limited towels, breakfast was very limited and cooked on a hot plate. Not very sanitary. No gloves used in preparation. Very limited front desk staff. Lots of steps. Missed a room cleaning.

It's Room Naples
Really nice rooms, perfect location, easy to find. It was a nice touch to have some free items in the minibar, which were much appreciated after a long day of travel. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. It was quiet at night and the location was amazing.
