"The lobby is a little misleading. The place looks so amazing from the outside and the lobby as well. The staff we encountered was very sweet but the rooms were incredibly dirty. APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower

"This property was a bit of a walk from Namba Station but that's relative. The rooms were as expected from the chain however I did like the large selection of food at the breakfast buffet. If you're willing to do a little bit of walking Dottonbori is probably a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Other than the restaurant, I had little interaction with the hotel staff however that was also by design. The laundry facilities were convenient especially the ability to monitor your laundry devices from your room. I would likely stay at this property in the future."
