"AMAZING upgrades, super clean and modern, stunning courtyard!"

"Staff are super friendly. Great location, close to lake beaches, cherry farms, wineries and Penticton. The family suite has perfect layout for a big family or a group of friends. We're 3 families and reserved two family suites. The staff kindly removed the wall in between the two suites and made it one huge suite. Everyone of us enjoyed the spacious living room, dorm-styled bedrooms, private patio and well-equiped kitchens. We had wonderful time visiting Naramata, Penticton & Summerland with...

"All was ok"

"Great location, kids love the amenities and breakfast convenient. Rating of 3 because room smelled so strong of cleaning solution. Was like walking into a bottle of pinesol. And we were on the 1st floor and the room above very heavy footed, sounded like they were doing gymnastics above. Ask for a top floor room and a room with non-scented cleaning solutions."

"There were poop stains on the floor of room 260 and old poop on the toilet"

"The breakfast had been decimated and not restocked at 930am."

"Liked: Friendly host, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good kitchen and coffee facilities in the common room, great view of the lake. Tasty breakfast. Not great: some traffic noise while sitting outside looking at the lake (can’t hear it in the room) I would book again."

"Had a very pleasant stay but unfortunately cannot come again due to the amount of wasps around every door, window, archway, etc. some wasp killer would help I’m sure but I believe it’s a bigger problem as every corner of the motel has its own swarm of them. Unlocking the doors takes a min and every min outside was stressful so it wouldn’t come to us and more importantly to our baby."
