We were unable to be refunded by the new hotel that have taken it over and were forced to pay to stay somewhere. Terrible, terrible service, can’t believe they didn’t warn us at the very least since I booked five months in advance"

"The guard checked me in . Though I had booked for a garden view room , I was given a room without a window . The Ac remote didn’t work and I was awake till 2 PM due to excessive heat . The room looked like a chicken coop , the pillow were tiny and so uncomfortable . My day got ruined because of the discomfort . Looks like a property from Pahadgunj , they are trying to save on everything from toiletries to electricity bill . Not recommended , there are better properties nearby for a cheaper...
