Wish they had something online that tells you when the pool is going to be open it wasn't open yet being a outdoor pool. Convenient as wasn't far to the grand ole opry. Our room was very nice and clean.

The area around the property has many different levels of hotels and motels. There are many music venues that are close and you can hear the bands playing in the room. Speaking of noise any toilet flushed next door room or above can hear the water flush. Check in was fast, but the staff member answered the phone during our check in and was making facial expressions of disgust and inconvenience to a person on the phone and their issue. She put them on hold but also while we were processing our incidental card she picked the phone call up again and continued that call. Breakfast was standard, nothing special. Not enough space for all the guests that were out for breakfast at the time we there. Our room was clean, probably won’t stay at this facility again.

Shower had black mold in corner due to lack of cleanliness. Shampoo dispenser was empty, shower gel dispenser pump was broken. Staff let coffee run out and did not keep breakfast foods stocked. 2 staff finally came out of staff room together, looked like they just woke up, and hurriedly started restocking items while mumbling things. Definitely did not exhibit any desire to please customers. Only good thing about the hotel was location being close to opry mills and grand ole opry. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. Definitely does not meet Hampton quality.

So dirty. This is my first time saying a Hampton Inn was dirty. So old and outdated. Broken mirrors, leaking faucet and toilet in the bathroom. Stayed on first floor. Smelled Marijuana in the bathroom at 5am (must have come from the basement?). Wouldn't want to go outside after dark. Will not return.

The bed was terrible. The sheet did not fit on the bed. The bed was so worn out it felt like i was sleeping on cardboard. The bed had a huge rip in the side. It was awful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The linens smelled wonderful - of all the places we’ve stayed, this is the first time I can say that. The breakfasts were delicious; something a little different each morning. The room was very clean - thank you housekeeping, we appreciate you! The staff was pleasant & accommodating. Thank you!

Good but needs a few improvements to be great
Location - great (close to Opry Hotel and Shopping and then not too far from downtown) Breakfast- good (consistent with Hampton Inn - everything was fresh) Bed - average (mattress needs replacement) Sheets and pillows - sheets and comforter good, pillows - too soft! You need 1 soft and 1 medium. We always bring our own as backups. Chair/lounge - average (top cushion a little flat) Bathroom- good but tub drain was clogged and filled up with water while showering. It eventually drains. We’ve stayed many times at this location and either the sink or tub drain slow or are clogged. Get your plumbing straightened out. TV and lineup - size and channel selection were great! AC/Heat - used AC but it was a little loud so we super cooled the room and turned it off at night. Noise - average (I always bring a sound machine to drone out hotel noise) Parking - great (typically not an issue)

We had a nice, clean king suite. The area is quiet and felt safe. When you get to the hotel, reserve your shuttle to go downtown or the Grand Ole Opry so you don't have to worry about driving anywhere!
