Bonus point : the property is clean and spacious. Kitchen utensils are adequate.Minus point: the mattress is too old and not even., bed frame is too creaky.

Not the unit which was advertised. Refrigerator, freezer, bathroom did not work. Manager Ron lied , promising to have them fixed. Instead, without letting us know, called Expedia and cancelled property to rent.we had to relocate, likely to much better property. This unit is old, outdated and poorly managed and maintained.

Spacios and clean, but uncomfortable beds

Stayed here for 6 nights for a family vacation. The condo is very spacious, has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 1 queen bed and one with 2 queen beds, which was very convenient as our two daughters had a separate bedroom and each had her own bed. Each bedroom has a washroom with a bath and a shower. There is a family room, a dining area, a kitchen and a washroom downstairs. The beds have extremely uncomfortable spring mattresses, so the night sleep in these beds is a torture. Bring your own shampoo, as you are given a one night supply for the entire stay. The condo is not cleaned during your stay. They are saving costs, so they kept only 1 light bulb in every chandelier, which felt unnecessary. Finding the place for the first time is a challenge. The Maps GPS took us to a different place, so we had to call the manager and ask her for directions, and even with her help it was not easy to find. The service person came when we arrived to collect the $100 maintenance fee and gave us an overview of the island attractions and things to do. You must have a car as nothing is a walking distance from this place. Supermarket is 3 min drive away, so it was easy to buy groceries and we made our own breakfast every morning. Good beaches are anywhere between 20 to 40 min drive. Downtown and Paradise Island are about 20-25 min drive. Get this place if you have a larger group and you are on a budget. Otherwise go with a resort.

Stay close to Touris Area when in Nassau

1.The location is in a residential area, that is about 20-30 minutes from Cable Beach area. The taxi fare is from $48-52 dollars from the tourism area. The grocery store is about a 20 minute walk from the condos. The television in the second bedroom did not work and the television downstairs only had movie channels and no local or cable access. The condo did not have adequate toiletries for my four day stay. Vacation travels is not a place for people on vacation in Nassau. Stay close to cable beach area you will be much happier. Sue and Ron were very nice and polite.

Hotel is close to very nice beach

Enjoyed my stay there. Thought it would be a little to far from things once we arrived but to my surprise there is a very nice beach close by. Only takes a few mins to get to all the tourists action if you choose. I recommend it. When I go back I will hope to stay there again.

Very spacious condo with three full size bed between two large bedrooms. The living dining and kitchen on the main level are also spacious. It about a 15-20 min walk to the beach so driving is the better option. Overall it was a great place and I will stay there again if necessary. Perfect for families.

Bahamas Ultimate Tourism Townhouse

The townhouse was very nice and clean, but we ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags. The house could also use a full-length mirror. The ice maker did not work. Our tour guide Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful but unprofessional. He overheard a conversation between myself and my companions and went on to repeat what he heard in front of me to an unknown male. I felt that this was very unprofessional.

Looks nice but needs lots of work.

Entering the place it looks nice, but it's a lot of things that needs to be repaired. First off they double booked me I ended up with two town houses. Then they request you shut off the air n all lights when leaving the house. Its only 92 everyday I was in Nassau! Which made it hot an uncomfortable when we returned. One unit had no hot water. The maintenance guy said oh it's warm/Cool, just dont use any cold water with your shower. Umm... really? The outlets in the kitchen didn't work in the middle unit. The refrigerator in the middle unit got up to 63 degrees an all my kids frozen snacks melted. I told the maintenance guy, he says oh this never happened before just don't let the kids go in the fridge. Told him the change water filter light came on. He says it's ok it never happened before. Really sir? Washer n dryer use is $48 wow never again. The couch caves in, the bar stools are missing several screws. 5 night stay not once had house keeping come by. My uncle wanted to clean our rental before a night out. Oh that was a big thing no car washing on the property, whatever he finished it in the road.

Great find and will stay again.

Thank you so much for the stay. The condo was more than we could have expected for our last minute trip to visit family. From booking, to checking in, our week long stay to checking out was all flawless. Ron was amazing with answering any questions we had. The condo was clean with a ton of space and some some awesome little extras. It was close to everything we needed. This will for sure be our go to place for our future trips. Thank you again!
