I checked in with my daughter and stayed less than 10 minutes. Doors cannot be well secured, no towels and the room was old and filthy. The staff were all friendly enough but we checked out and stayed at the Marriott which was well worth the little bit of extra money and a better location.

What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Lou, Chrissy, and Jess went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel genuinely valued and at home. The place would be excellent if the rooms were better. The room I stayed in was 902, when upstairs flushed the toilet it leaked in the shower in my room. The staff were great and friendly.

The staff were very nice, but they didn’t tell me I had to pay a cash deposit till I got there, had to walk down the street to an atm in the dark, the sheets on the bed weren’t really fitted sheets, did not feel the safest there. Was good walking distance from restaurants, grocery store and bars.

The property was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but there was no working WiFi in the room nor working TV. The 2 bed room had very small beds maybe for children. There was no effort to check in the WiFi but the day manager was apologetic.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing — some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. They were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care about their guests. The place was clean, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Honestly, the staff alone make this hotel worth coming back to. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nassau.
