Cari Hotel di Bahama

"The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is a nice resort. I especially enjoyed the variety of pools and restaurants. The service on the other hand was not good. We had a few issues with our room and they were never resolved. Reached out 3-4 times and no solution. Staff attentiveness was very poor. I will not be returning to this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Adults Only Bahamas, and the biggest highlight was definitely the beach. It was absolutely outstanding! We spent practically the entire day on the beach because it was so beautiful. We didn’t even have time to enjoy the infinity pool because the beach was simply too amazing. The hotel itself is nice overall, but it definitely needs some renovation. The bathrooms, in particular, feel outdated, and some of the fixtures and amenities look old and cheap. For a...

"The Warwick Resort has a special atmosphere the moment you arrive. It’s invitingly decorated, we were greeted with smiles and a tasty cocktail. Staff and personnel were very friendly and professional. We were quickly checked in, giving instructions, taken to a comfortable and very clean and attractive room. Every possible amenities you could want are available. Access to the bars, pools, hot tubs, beach, lounge's, secret nooks and of course good food was impressive. The entertainment is not...

"The housekeeper Amy was excellent. Nice and polite. If asked for anything from Amy it's was grant. Excellent person. Ashlee from front desk was soo nice and polite. When she saw us always said hello. That's meant alot"

"Everyone so helpful"

"All rooms even club member rooms are outdated and in poor condition. Dirty shower, chipped paint, pealing ceilings. Rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly. House keeping is a joke at this property. Our sink and counter top wasn't cleaned a single time. And we stayed for 7 days. Even after requesting our room be swept due to sand tracking in the room. It was only swept once. Customer service at this property is also poor. Some bar and wait staff employees were rude and acted like they didn't want to be...

"The property was standard no special attributes"

"*rooms were cleaned and cleaned well daily *staff was helpful, not rude, but not overly kind either. *food was okay. Plenty of choices with a decent amount of vegetarian options. * drinks are biggest complaint. No decaf coffee. Witnessed the watering down of their juice. Alcohol seemed watered down also but can’t prove not prove that. The free house wine is absolutely awful. Champagne is drinkable. *there were spaces daily where the hotel smelled like sewer and sometimes the toilet didn’t...

"I stayed for 10 days and my room was cleaned and stacked daily. Breakfast was exceptional. All the staffs and other attendants were very courteous and respectful. I will recommend the Comfort Suites to anyone."
