"Where do I start...Room #212 smells HORRIBLE! I complained to the manager on duty and she stated there wasn't a smell but she would have some type of spray that would help, never helped! Our friends said that it smelled like it was behind the walls, ironically the Damp commercial came on every other commercial! "You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"The staff was friendly and courteous. Checked in easily and they brought my luggage to the room. I walked down to the restaurant in front of the hotel for a drink and dinner. The hotel had a pool table and bar next to the pool. The room was clean and cool with a fan on and AC. I checked out early to get to the airport by 5am. They charged me $33 for the ride. Online it said there would be a surcharge for a 5 minute ride. Lots of stairs to climb- no elevator."

"The property was a bit of a disappointment. The staff would be helpful once and then completely unhelpful the next. We had to ask 3 different days to have our room stocked with 4 towels not 2 since there was 4 of us. The first day they said they would go get towels and never returned. The second the cleaning ladies told us we had to talk to the front desk to get towels.
