"The room we booked was quite small so we asked to upgrade to a suite. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price. Our suite was perfect. Plenty of room, a real kitchen, separate bedroom and a large patio. "

They should clean out the cooling system so it doesn't smell old. & Maybe bleach wipes to clean and freshening sprays can be use to help. "I was very disappointed with the housekeeping department. They did not clean my room for 3 days. Terribly BAD! I went to verbalize my concerns to the front desk and asked if the hotel staff clean the guest room daily. They stated sometimes. Horrible service, a Motel 6 provide better service"

"Very poor hotel. Doors did not close fully, lock was barely hanging on and in no way did I feel that my belongings were secure when I left the room. Even the local taxi driver questioned if I was sure that I wanted to stay there. Front desk did not return our passport which was odd. Our room was full of mosquitoes, there was no plug to charge our phones, and the room was so small that I felt like we were staying in a closet. We ended up leaving after one night.
