"Simple, courteous, quiet, quickly responsive to all our needs!"

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

For example, they installed the containers for body wash and shampoo on my hotel's bathroom wall. But they never filled it up with actual bodywash and shampoo. "The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC.
