"The service was excellent, especially at reception, Nacara was very helpful. The hotel was good but could do with a refresh though as it’s quite worn: doors in the room are old and chipped, bathroom outdated etc. But a very good stay overall and staff are great."

"People are friendly and Location is great if you have business in the port, visiting or joining a ship. Rooms are clean, aircon works well and comfortable overall. Now the noise ..... I was next to the pool so the first night rained and it felt like the rain was inside my room. That combined with a Frog from hell that sang ALL NIGHT. So beds are great and great hotel if you sleep during the day. Will also appreciate better mosquito protection on the windows."

"I loved the Beautiful Ocean West Boutique Hotel it was like sleeping in your own Castle and the room was elegant. The bed was big and comfy made you feel like royalty. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool was pretty and fun to enjoy later in the day. The rooms in the hotel were all so unique and historical looking. Dinning room is also so beautiful. The stairway is gorgeous. The free wifi worked well but only on the floor you stayed on. Also nice parking area with gated...

"Staff, mostly the women are rude and hate their job! Place is huge so get ready to walk. Good luck finding a chair close to the pool, even at 7am they were already taken. Food at most restaurants was mediocre at best."

The staff was consistently rude, the prices were excessive, and getting help with even the simplest requests was nearly impossible. They charge gratuity on something as basic as bottled water, yet they don’t even offer beach service. This was actually my second stay because I wanted to give the hotel another chance, but it simply wasn’t worth it. The food was very good, but that’s expected considering...

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "
