"Honestly perfect location it’s in downtown and close to most of the touristic places walking distance!"

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"They are not all inclusive, you will have to pay for the spa and the laundry service. It is not adults only, there were children there and you can’t even wear an open button up shirt there even tho your ment to be on vacation. They tried to charge me $120 per person to check out 2 hours late and only charged the couple before me $40 for a 4 hours late check out. The booking app for the restaurants only works for about 3 hours daily so if you don’t make it then you have to eat from the buffet...

"Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel and amenities are very expensive. This is not the place for budget conscious travel. Julie (Director) saved...

"The resort itself was nice, but the rooms are in desperate need of updating and a good cleaning. Floors were very dirty, the furniture had lots of stains, and the bathrooms were just gross. "

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "
