"This is our 3rd stay at Baha Mar! While the restaurants, convenience shop, activities such as pickle ball and tennis, renting a cabana are terribly overpriced but the resort is beautiful and clean. The numerous pools and beach are amazing. The outdoor areas, and casino esthetics are fantastic. Most staff members are pleasant and helpful. The rooms at the Grand Hyatt are very nice. The food at some restaurants is just ok, expensive and bland. Stixx, Cleo, Pizza Lab are pretty delicious. The Jazz Bar is amazing with nightly entertainment. Last year we stayed at the Atlantis which was enjoyable but decided to return to Baha Mar again (for 3rd time) because it is a relatively relaxing and beautiful environment."

You role see the property your going to listed on the top of the shuttle & then the driver tells you “no, not going there” and a few of those drivers were really rude. "The entrance was beautiful and the staff was welcoming at check-in for after 4 pm. Almost everyday the lobby is alive with other guests moving about. 3 Elevators to get guests up to their rooms with a view of the bay or the island. The room was 90s Vegas meets beach front property. Tile floor throughout, bed was old and uncomfortable, furniture was overly simple and colorful. The bathroom was like a holiday inn. All of it could've used a deeper cleaning and it looks like there was some repairs that needed to be made. You can open the window which is both dangerous and harder to close as it wasn't fully closed when we entered. The staff accommodate you very well. The buffet at the Verandah is delicious as long as you wake up on time. Chick chicknaries at the pool side is a great backup when you miss the buffet. Simple bar food like pizza, chicken wings and burgers. Only 2 of 3 restaurants were physically open and the third was hosted inside the other only on certain days. If you're checking in before 5 pm ask to see the concierge before you go to the room so you can get a table as you need reservations at each of three restaurants. I recommend choosing something you can only eat there rather than something you can get anywhere else. 2 bars serve "well liquor" and beer there is an array of wines to choose from. We mainly drank soda, coffee, bottle water and daqaruis. Don't forget to swim in the pool, the lagoon, and walk the boardwalk!"
