"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking.
We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"On the plus side the facility was well maintained including hotel, grounds, beach, and pool areas. Buffets at Verandah offered a multitude of choices catering to everyone's taste. "Breakfast was fresh and good, with a nice selection. The pool was nice, and across the street at Janakoo Beach, they had a booth that would give out beach towels and lounge chairs.
