"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"The highlight of my trip was the staff. From day 1 all of them were exceptional. They anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations multiple times from the front desk staff interacting with my irritable daughter at check in, the multiple housekeepers that asked if I wanted service and asked if I needed anything for the room…to the pool bar hostess who made my dining experience phenomenal. Definitely an overall 10/10 for me and I will definitely book again!"

"me and my s/o booked here, we was there for a good hour when we went to go turn the shower on the water pressure was REALLY LOW. the sink was clogged and the room/hallway had a stanch to it."

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"The property was a bit of a disappointment. The staff would be helpful once and then completely unhelpful the next. We had to ask 3 different days to have our room stocked with 4 towels not 2 since there was 4 of us. The first day they said they would go get towels and never returned. The second the cleaning ladies told us we had to talk to the front desk to get towels. The front desk gave us a hard time about if we booked 4 people on the stay, which we did but it shouldn't matter if we are...

"Property is huge , but we never got the feeling of being in a crowd. Excellent restaurants throughout , although extremely pricey, and reservations the week ahead are helpful. Beach was so nice with ample chairs and umbrellas. Sea turtle sanctuary on property and up close interaction with feeding them was a delight. Many excursions available to nearby islands and activities."

"The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and fresh, however, the bathroom had no soap, nor shampoo and limited toilet tissue."

"Loved the location and the quiet and peace. Loved the convenience of small eating places around and the Jitney bus is a cheap and convenient option to go to grocery store and town esp during the day. We felt the rooms are pretty dated and the furniture could use an upgrade. A few more utensils would be nice too but these were minor inconveniences. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We would come back again."

"The staff was friendly and courteous. Checked in easily and they brought my luggage to the room. I walked down to the restaurant in front of the hotel for a drink and dinner. The hotel had a pool table and bar next to the pool. The room was clean and cool with a fan on and AC. I checked out early to get to the airport by 5am. They charged me $33 for the ride. Online it said there would be a surcharge for a 5 minute ride. Lots of stairs to climb- no elevator."
