"The maintenance person had 2 come 2 room 2x for not working toilet .
Broken mini fridge had to get replaced.
Broken door on cabinet.
Did not get a free bag or water bottle in room.
Extremely disappointed"

"You are steps away from Atlantis with full access, but without the price tag. You do give up a view of the water at night, but after a full day in the sun and swimming, we were ready to shower, sleep and be good to go for another beautiful day. This hotel also has a very nice complimentary breakfast each morning. The cost of food and drink at Atlantis are a major consideration so this is really nice. We've been twice now and plan to visit again."

"We were very surprised that the hotel was under construction and we were never notified plus the room we reserved we didn't get. Instead they put us in a basic room, which was very dated and charged extra $300 when we arrived for hotel resort fee, we did book through Expedia and was surprised by the fee charged when we got there should have been added to the overall cost The bathroom and hallways was very dark.
