"The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very pleasant. The furnishings were a bit dated, but clean. A problem I had was that I wanted to charge my Tesla. The 2 EV chargers were Chargepoint. None of my adapters were compatible for charging. All the other features made this a wonderful place. I want to stay there again on my way back."

From the second I walked in, the presentation and customer service were flawless. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and nobody looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by existing. That alone deserves applause these days. 👏 Now let’s talk...

"Unclear info about shuttle service; our flight didn't get in until after midnight. The so called phone number for the hotel just rang indefinitely. People who worked there were nice. Had bugs in room; not terrible but unsettling."
