I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that.

Recommend for relaxation

Had a nice and relaxing stay here. Large room, comfortable bed, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast, good staff. Plenty of parking and close enough to restaurants and walkable to the beach. Internet worked great for doing a couple of Zoom meetings during our stay. Terrace off room is spacious and overlooks the pool.

Então, eu só fiz a reserva, porque o site apareceu uma promoção. Porém foi uma decepção muito grande quando chequei no quarto e vi que minha vista era pra o muro do hotel. Acho que o site deveria ser mais honesto e transparente em relação a isso. Ninguém quer viajar e se hospedar de frente para uma parede. achei também a mobília do quarta um tanto antiga. suporte do sabão do banheiro quebrado, trocaram no outro dia. café da manhã tranquilo.

Hotel emotimas condicoes, o quarto bem espaçoso com vista ao mar, o staff super atencioso e bem humorado. Muito bem localizado em uma zona segura. O café da manhã é excelente com tapioca deira na hora. E o coco verde no bar sempre vem bem gelado. A comida do hotel tambem é muito boa! Coisa rara hoje em dia. Coisas que poderiam melhorar: A internet falhava bastante e as vezes nao funcionava em algumas partes do quarto. O ar condicionado parecia nao aguentar o calor em alguns dias A cozinha poderia passar por uma renovação basica dos utensilios Porem nao atrapalharam em grande escala a nossa estadia.
