The staff at the desk and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The floors could have been vacuumed better as there were crumbs or such under the table & around the edges of the room.

We did not stay at the magnolia Bluffs, we felt it was misrepresented online. So we canceled our stay at the Magnolia. It was smelly, the floors were sticky in the room as if we were walking on glue. We didn’t stay at all. We’re supposed to be refunded because we had to go to another hotel.

This stay was a total disappointment for us. The property had recently changed ownership and obviously had been allowed to run down. The room decor and furniture was decades old. It needed a deep clean. I paid extra for a room with a view of the Mississippi. There was one small sight line of the river. The breakfast area was the only bright spot. It was clean and the meal tasty. I hope new management gets it right.

Nice room, courteous check in. 3 day stay. Never replenish the coffee, toilet paper, etc. never emptied the tiny trashcan the whole stay. Housekeeping was non-existent. The physical hotel was great. The breakfast was ok, no dairy til 3rd day when truck came in.

The lobby was beautifully put together. The front desk attendant was nice, but I didn’t appreciate being told they didn’t have water after I used my card for incidentals. I had a long day of driving to find out they didn’t have water to shower, which majorly inconvenienced me and my coworker.

Comfortable room and clean. We like the location and the breakfast. There were a few issues, but we will stay here again. Bath water was only luke-warm. Only one of our two key cards worked. Went to the desk two or three times to get it fixed, but it never did work. Neither card worked at the side door. Only one of the two elevators works. Other than that it was a good stay for us.

Staff is great and place is clean. But for the price I paid it really needs some updating did too the rooms or the room I was in. My room was 250 the night I stayed. Room was cleaned but bathroom ceiling had stains from where it seems to be a water leak and was messed up a little in that spot. To be a up scale hotel of a casino. That’s just something you don’t suppose to see. Other than that everything was great. The view, customer service, breakfast and etc. But get them rooms updated Magnolia Bluff Casino Hotel!

The staff was above and beyond friendly. However for a Saturday night and weekend the bar was not open and didn’t plan on it. We were told we could shuttle to the Casino for use of that bar. The breakfast was stocked and had a fresh variety. The room could use a good cleaning. The shower was dirty and behind the bathroom door had mold spots on the floor so you could tell it had not been mopped or scrubbed. For $200 a night I was not impressed
